Jake's Story

Help me, help you & us grow

Jake grew up in a family that loves sports, weight training & physical health. He learned many leadership, athletic & elite training skills & best practices from leaders like Mike Boyle in Boston & while playing American football, wrestling & lacrosse at competitive levels. 

After overcoming physical & mental challenges like concussions & depression, Jake learned the importance of a resilient holistic approach to human design & well-being that empowers the resilience of the mind, body & soul. He believes that we can all grow together if we concentrate on education & healthy relationships with food, people, communities & nature.

Jake enjoys teaching others how to utilize the powers of fitness, self-reflection, mindfulness & meditation. Jake is passionate about intrinsically motivating others & sharing knowledge to help them grow & produce the life-long skills & habits they need to live healthy & happy lives.
